What you provide
The detail form asks for your name, email, phone, vehicle, service address, water and power access, preferred contact method, and any notes you add. We use these details to discuss your car and prepare a personal quote. Sending a request does not confirm an appointment or final price.
Where it goes
When online requests are available, the site saves an accepted request in a private staff queue. The request may also be copied to a private Notion database for staff follow-up. A plan saved on your device stays in that browser and is not sent to Outshine. You can remove that local plan in the browser. There is no public lookup of earlier requests.
Address and page services
Address suggestions and checks use Photon/Komoot, Esri ArcGIS, and the US Census geocoder; route estimates use OSRM. Map tiles load from OpenFreeMap and fonts from Google Fonts. Those providers receive connection information and the address query or map location needed to provide their service. This site does not include an advertising tracker in its source.
Browser privacy signals
The site does not change its behavior in response to a browser Do Not Track signal because its source does not include cross-site advertising tracking. The external services above have their own privacy practices; this site does not control them.

We keep accepted requests in our private staff records until we delete them. Contact us to ask us to remove your information from the active staff records.
