How it works.

The Process

Submit a Booking Request

Use our online booking form — pick your service, choose a preferred date from the next two weeks, and leave your contact info. Takes about 2 minutes. You can also call or text us at (510) 541-1708.

We Confirm Your Appointment

We'll review your request and text you within 2 hours. If the time you chose is available, we'll lock it in. If not, we'll suggest a few alternatives and find a time that works for both of us. No deposit, no card required.

We Come to You

Our team arrives at your driveway or parking spot with everything we need. You don't have to be present — just leave the car accessible. We'll handle the rest.

Outshine

We text you when we're finished. Inspect your car at your leisure, pay on the spot — cash, Venmo, or Zelle — and enjoy the results.

Before You Book

Have this ready.

The form handles most of this, but knowing the details upfront helps us confirm your slot quickly.

  • Which service — Exterior ($149), Interior ($200), or Full Detail ($320)
  • Your address or zip code so we can confirm we cover your area
  • Preferred date and a general time window — morning, midday, or afternoon
  • Any special notes: heavy soiling, pet hair, event you're prepping for

Common Answers

Usually within 1–3 days. Submit a booking request and we'll reply within 2 hours with our next available slot. Last-minute openings do come up — it's always worth submitting.

No deposit required. Payment is collected after the detail is complete — cash, Venmo, or Zelle accepted.

Just give us a text at least 24 hours before your appointment and we'll find a new time at no charge. We understand schedules change.

We schedule appointments on Wednesday afternoons, Thursday mornings, Saturdays, and Sundays. The booking form shows only available dates — just pick one that works for you.
